We teach women to design and weave beautiful textiles. To ensure the sustainability of our program, goods are created from the textiles and are available for sale. Those we train and work with receive social, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and material support. Creative Hands helps the women to rebuild
their self-esteem, dignity, and their intrinsic value as humans, to increase their worth and courage to stand.

In addition to the non-Personal Information noted above that is automatically collected, on some pages, you may need to provide Personal Information, such as when you make a make a purchase, a donation, join our email list, or wish to contact us. If you choose to provide Personal Information by donating, emailing us, or joining our email list, we will use the information for the purpose for which it was collected and for other related purposes we determine are appropriate. We will not sell, rent, trade, share or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to any third party for any purpose, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. Donations made to us on the Site are processed using a third-party payment system provided by the bank of your choice. No Credit card information is stored by the Creative Hands Website. If you are concerned about using your credit card to make a donation/payment online, please feel free to contact us and make your donation via phone.

Anonymous Usage Logs
Our Site’s web servers automatically collect certain information, not including Personal Information, when you visit our Site. In that case the information is locked securely until processed and then destroyed as soon as the payment is made.

Who has access to your information?
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, nor do we share it with them for marketing purposes.

We will keep your personal information in respect of financial transactions for as long as the law requires us to for tax or accounting.

Delivery and Order Tracking
Shipping costs apply for orders under 50 Euros within Greece and all international orders. Orders over 50 euros within Greece are free of charge. When your order with Creative Hands is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information in order to keep track of your order. Creative Hands is not liable for any delays that may occur once the parcel has been given to the Courier. However, we will be happy to assist our customers in any way possible.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Our commitment to you is to ensure that you're a satisfied customer when you shop at Creative Hands.
RETURNS: We appreciate your business and want you to enjoy the handwoven/crafted goods you purchase from Creative Hands. Whenever you’re not satisfied with an item, you’ve purchased from our store, you may return the item for any reason, within 30 DAYS of your purchase, and we’ll be happy to exchange it for another item.
We’ ll pay for shipping the exchanged item to you.
